Free initial colour management consultation: give us a phone call for advice on hardware, software, paper and inks, continuous ink systems and colour management and make use of our years of experience, because it's free!
We at Imaging Expert provide 3 different types of services:
1. A remote ICC Profiling Service (read more, click here)
2. A remote access support service (read more, click here)
3. Onsite Installation (see below)
With the present available technologies and high speed broadband connections, we think that most of the work can be done remotely, but of course, if you would like us to visit you on site, please let us know.
Onsite Installation:
"Achieving accurate colours from screen to print"
1. We can set up your digital studio, calibrate all your hardware, and give you additional training if needed, all in your own studio. We will print out the targets, make all the measurements, calculate the Profiles and verify all ICC Profiles.
2. We are able to set-up proofing systems for the pre-press industry and for anybody for whom it is important to predict how images will appear in final press.
3. Before we come on-site, we will discuss your needs and give you recommendations regarding hardware, ink and papers.
The service is tailored for your needs..
We charge £ 550 + VAT per day for an on-site visit
(Travel, accommodation and expenses not included, though we will try to let you know what we estimate they will be in advance and get your approval for any expenses we incur on your behalf)
Travel costs: £ 0.40 + VAT per mile
If the distance between you and us is more than 100 miles, we suggest we travel the night before we come on site and stay in a Hotel or B&B in order to avoid us wasting a lot of time in traffic jams during the early rush hour.
Extra charges for accommodation will apply.
For customers in London: We either travel after the rush hour (between 10.00 am and 11.00 am) and leave (if possible) in the early evening after the rush hour (not earlier than 6.30 pm) or we stay overnight in London.
